On March 30, 2010, President Obama signed the Health Care Reconciliation Act into law. This law combined the U.S. Senates’ Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (the “Senate health care bill”) and the U.S. House of Representatives’ U.S. Senate Amendments to the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010 (“Reconciliation Act”).
